The Wine Route in early spring in Beaujolais, France. The restaurant in Cercie, Le Pret du Plat, which serves regional food and is only open for lunch.  Each day, the menu is written on a chalkboard and includes three items.  The wines are all made in the area and the restaurant caters to the local winemakers and farmers.  The very traditional Saucissons Beaujolais with spinach and chips - the wine sauce is made from Beaujolais wine.
