Xocolatl de David, artisan chocolates made in Portland, Oregon
Xocolatl Chocolate, where owner David Briggs preparing the "Chevre Ganache" which is ganache mixed with River's Edge Chevre cheese. Each piece is carefully garnished with a Pepitas (pumpkin seed) - the reasoning for the garnish is that the dairy feed it's goats pumpkins as part of their diet.
