Guillaume at Bennelong, is situated in the southern most shell of the Sydney Opera House. Diners sit beneath Jorn Utzon's vaulted concrete "ribs." Both the restaurant and the bar offer spectacular views of Sydney Harbour, the city, the Harbour Bridge, Sydney Botanic Gardens and the Circular Quay. Pictured is the Tapas menu available at the bar including salad niçoise with quail egg, in-house smoked salmon on toasted brioche and freshly shucked oysters with shallot vinegar.
